Dr. Ng is a clinical psychologist and the Director of Training at Mind Balance, where she brings over twenty-five years of clinical experience to her role. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at York University and has trained and held leadership positions at academic hospitals across Canada. She is registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. At Mind Balance, Dr. Ng provides assessment and treatment of various psychological concerns, including panic, generalized anxiety, depression, burnout, and post-traumatic stress disorder virtually.

Additionally, Dr. Ng was the Psychology Practicum Director at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, a staff psychologist at CAMH, and an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto. She works as a consulting psychologist for organizations on topics such as mental health issues common in first responders. She has led the development of several innovative treatment streams at CAMH for the treatment of trauma and work-related issues. Dr. Ng enjoys mentoring students and residents in CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
