Dr. Mihajlovic, Ph.D., C.Psych. is a Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Queen’s University and completed her pre-doctoral residency through the London Clinical Psychology Residency Consortium, with training in chronic pain, neurological conditions, and the psychological impact of complex medical diagnoses. In addition to private practice, Dr. Mihajlovic is a Staff Psychologist at Altum Health (University Health Network), working within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting. She has specialized training in return-to-work rehabilitation and supports individuals in resuming and maintaining meaningful employment.
Dr. Mihajlovic works with individuals navigating a broad range of emotional, interpersonal, and life challenges, including anxiety or low mood, difficulty managing emotions, relationship or work-related stress and burnout, sleep or daily routine challenges, major life transitions, and trauma, while supporting clients in building self-esteem and resilience. She provides evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s goals, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) techniques. Dr. Mihajlovic helps clients develop practical skills to manage stress, recover from setbacks, and enhance overall well-being, and is committed to providing compassionate, collaborative, and supportive care.
Dr. Mihajlovic’s research has focused on chronic pain, workplace stress, and mental health, highlighting how perceptions of work and coping strategies influence mood, functioning, and well-being.
